RSS tools

There are tools available that let you do some extra things with RSS feeds.

Display feeds on your website

Take a look at our homepage (www.landofcode.com). Do you see those orange boxes? They each have a list from one of our RSS feeds. These lists are updated automatically as new items are added to the feeds.

You can display feeds this way from your own site or from any other site. To do this we used the RSS display box script from www.dynamicdrive.com.

Mix RSS feeds

You can combine items from a bunch of RSS feeds into one unique list. This can be useful if for example, you get news stories from a few different places and you want one big list of news stories. The website rssmix.com can perform this service for you.

RSS by email

You don't necessarily need an RSS reader to read feeds, you can get them by email! The website feedmyinbox.com can perform this service for you.
